Lishe bora kwa maisha ya kila siku.

Kimojawapo kati ya hivi kikipelea au kuwa katika kiasi pungufu basi nyumba haitakuwa imara, vilevile kimojawapo kikizidi basi nyumba haitakuwa imara pia. Hivyo nyumba ili iwe imara ni lazima mchanganyiko huu uwe katika uwiano ulio sahihi.

Lishe duni ni hali ya mwili kukosa baadhi ya virutubishi vinavyohitajika mwilini, kama vile protini, wanga, mafuta, vitamini na madini. Mwili ukikosa baadhi ya virutubishi hivi hushindwa kufanya kazi zake za kimebotali vizuri na kusababisha madhara mengine mengi. Vilevile mwili ukiwa na lishe iliyozidi husababisha madhara makubwa hii inatokana na kubadilika kwa baadhi ya kazi za seli na ogani mbalimbali mwilini.

  • Maharage, kunde, mbaazi, soya, karanga,njegere, njugu mawe,dengu, choroko, asili ya wanyama ni: nyama, mayai, samaki, dagaa, kumbikumbi, senene, maziwa na nzige.

  • Hujenga mwili. Huwezesha mwili kutengeneza seli nyingine.


3.Mboga-mboga

  • mchicha, majani ya kunde, majani ya maboga, kisamvu, matembele, spinachi, mgagani, mlenda, mnavu, mchunga, karoti, pilipili hoho, nyanya chungu, biringanya, bamia, kabichi, figiri, sukuma wiki na chainizi.

5.Mafuta na Sukari

  • mafuta ya kupikia, ufuta, karanga, mbegu za alizeti, siagi, samli, nyama yenye mafuta, sukari ni: asali, miwa, vyakula vinavyotengenezwa kwa sukari nyingi kama jamu, keki, n.k
  • virutubishi: mafuta
  • Huupa mwili nguvu.
  • Husaidia ufyonzwaji wa vitamini A,D,E na K.


Maji???????
Maji hayakuwekwa kwenye kundi lolote la chakula kwa sababu hayana virutubishi. Ni muhimu kunywa maji safi na salama kwani yanarahisisha umeng'enyaji wa chakula, kusafirisha virutubishi na kutoa uchafu ambao hutengenezwa mwilini wakati mwili unafanya kazi zake. Asilimia kubwa ya mwili ni maji hivyo ni vyema kunywa maji mara kwa mara ili kuwa na afya bora.
